Description
Kane Garden King Fish
The Kingfish is for the surfer looking for the speed and maneuverability of a fish-style board without compromising the rail-line and glide of a longboard. This is an all-around design that will work in any conditions that is fast, stable, and easy to turn, it has incredible paddle-power and slices through sections with ease. The board features a full template and modern medium to low penetrating rails with a double wing fish-swallowtail quad design. It has a nice clean continuous bottom curve and is a state-of-the-art slight single concave all the way through the board with a mid-vee to double concave (inside the single) and flattens out behind the fins so the board gets to speed immediately, yet is loose and very easy to maneuver. A good board for surfers of all ages and abilities!
The Ride: Smooth and fast - flows and glides with precise turning and good holding power – easy and fun in all types of surf but high performance – excels in overhead surf
- Clean and smooth template with full but slightly pulled in nose
- Very slight concave entry that goes into a mid-vee then semi-bonzer style double barrel concave that flattens out behind the fins
- Medium low semi-boxy rails foiled nicely in the tail for good penetration and lift
- Deep split fish swallow 5” deep and 7.75 at the tail block
- Double wing 4-fin quad – stable with good holding power
- FCS fins
