T.E.C.

What sets Boardworks apart from other epoxy sandwich manufacturers is our proprietary T.E.C., (Thermal Epoxy Compression) technology. Utilizing this technology, where we apply both heat and pressure, coupled with the finest epoxy resins, Boardworks produces a sandwiched surfboard that is light, tight, and very durable. Each Boardworks board consists of a dual-density core, (EPS bonded to a high density divynicell outer shell), fiberglass, and epoxy resins. In our T.E.C. construction we are able to replicate a board from some of your favorite shapers that has an amazing strength to weight ratio and excellent flex and rebound characteristics that give our boards a "feel" in the water that surfers of all abilities will appreciate.
